The Technology Integration Division at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) produces and supports many types of interactive and multi-sensory web-deliverable courseware for language learners. Materials developed not only target a broad spectrum of language proficiency levels, but are specifically tailored to suit the needs of the DLIFLC’s resident and non-resident programs as well as other government agencies and educational institutions.

The "Countries in Perspective" series aims at promoting awareness and raising understanding of the people, history, economy, social customs and security issues of various nations.

The series is meticulously developed, researched, written, designed, and programmed by Technology Integration Division team members. In each case, the content is carefully reviewed by natives of the particular country in order to guarantee its authenticity and cultural integrity.
